Not spicy enough ----------- Hunan smoked sausage stir-fried with red cabbage and greens
Overview
This dish is a home-cooked dish for Hunanese people in winter. The fresh red cabbage moss in the ground and the oily bacon smoked sausage on the stove. If you are from Hunan, this will definitely bring back many warm and beautiful memories. The smoked sausage was brought by my father from my hometown, and the red cabbage greens can only be bought at the market. It is still full of hometown flavor.
