Homemade yogurt, put in a basin

Add egg yolk

Stir with hands

Add corn oil and continue to stir evenly

Sift in flour and cornstarch

Mix evenly into a paste

Add sugar to the egg whites in batches and beat until it becomes dry and foamy

Fold the meringue and egg yolk paste up and down in 3 batches

Pour into the mold and place blueberries on the surface (you can use an 8-inch mold. If it is a removable bottom mold, wrap it with tin foil)

Pour cold water into the baking pan and put it into the preheated oven at 150 degrees, lower rack, for 60 minutes (this temperature is for reference only!)
