My mother is from Henan, and steamed noodles are her specialty. I have loved it since I was a child. I have been craving for steamed noodles these past two days, and my mouth is watering just thinking about it, but my mom is not around. I looked through the recipes on the Internet and used the memory of my mom making steamed noodles. Then I made it myself, and I will have enough food and clothing!

  1. Prepare materials

  2. Roll the noodles by hand, boil water in a steamer and steam over high heat for 15 minutes
