My favorite food when I was a child, my mother made it super delicious😋, it tastes better than meat. I made it last night and my baby loved it just like I did when I was little. He gnawed the bones very happily and kept saying how delicious the bones were 🦴

Wash the chicken rack and chop into pieces. Shred cabbage

Blanch the chicken rack in a pot under cold water and remove. Return to the pot, add a little salt and vinegar, add water and simmer for 20 minutes, remove.

Heat the pot again, add oil, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant

Add cabbage and stir-fry for 3 minutes,
