Ingredients
Steps
-
Take an appropriate amount of carp slices, add two spoons of cooking wine and one spoon of salt, mix well and marinate for a while
-
Pick and wash the soybean sprouts, put them in boiling water and simmer for a while to remove the beany smell
-
Pour enoki mushrooms into water
-
Pass fish fillets through water
-
Put the side dishes in the small hot pot first and then add the fish fillets and set aside
-
Add appropriate amount of spicy fish seasoning. Pour vegetable oil into a non-stick pan and heat it. Add the seasoning. Stir-fry until red oil comes out. Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water (I forgot to take a photo of this step)
-
Pour it into the pot while it's hot
-
Light a candle when eating, and you can eat in a while
-
The amount of ingredients is for a small hot pot. Add it appropriately according to your own hot pot. Because my pot is small, the fish heads and fish bones are not used. If it is a large hot pot, you can add the pre-marinated fish heads and fish bones when stir-frying the seasoning

Spicy and delicious!
