Original puffs
Overview
Every time the tips I write are gone after they pass the review. 1. Be sure to bake it in place when baking, otherwise the puffs will collapse after they come out of the oven. Remember not to open the oven door halfway. 2. These are original puffs. If you want to add fillings, you can add whipped cream or chocolate sauce.

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients
-
Put water, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil into a pot together, stir slightly over medium heat, bring to a boil, then add flour
-
Turn on low heat and stir quickly with a wooden spoon to completely combine the flour and water. Remove the flour from the stove after it is cooked
-
Set the batter aside to cool down
-
When the temperature reaches 60 degrees, add the egg liquid. Add the egg liquid slowly, wait until the batter has absorbed all the eggs before adding the next one
-
Use chopsticks to lift the batter into a triangle shape, with sharp corners and without slipping
-
I wanted to save trouble by scooping it up with a spoon and putting it on tin foil, but it didn’t look good
-
So I put it in a fresh-keeping bag and squeezed it on tin foil, leaving a gap in the middle
-
Place in a preheated oven and bake at 210 degrees for 10 minutes. When you see the puffs puff up, lower the temperature to 170 degrees and bake for 22 minutes, until the surface is brown
