Spinach Thick Egg Omelette
Overview
I watched the late-night cafeteria and got grass! I learned to make egg rolls (thick egg rolls) for the first time at home over the weekend. I had some winter vegetables at home so I added some! I think it tastes good, but the outside of the thick egg is fried! It’s not easy to make a seemingly simple egg roll!

Blanch the spinach, drain, cut into small pieces and set aside
