Prepare the main ingredient, lean plum meat, and cut it into thin pieces as thick as a finger.

Ginger, onion, garlic and star anise are all ready to be chopped.

Wash the meat and add 5 tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee barbecued pork sauce.

Add all ingredients except honey.

Mix well with hands, cover tightly and marinate for one day. (Marine the day before and bake it just right the next day)

Remove the marinated meat, remove the ginger, onion, and garlic stuck to the meat, spread it out and place it in a baking pan.

Put it in the middle rack of the oven, use upper and lower heat to 200 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes. (I use an air cooker)
