Shrimp skin and shredded radish soup

Wash and peel the radish and grate into thin strips.

Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, add shredded radish and blanch for 1 minute.

Mince the onion, ginger and garlic, wash and cut the coriander into sections.

Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat it up, add the chopped green onions, ginger and dried shrimps and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shredded radish and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Pour in hot water and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add salt, chicken essence and pepper and turn off the heat.

Sprinkle with coriander, green onion leaves, minced garlic and a few drops of sesame oil, and serve.
