Overview

I prefer light flavors. This is my first time making spicy hotpot. Since I don’t like spicy food, I used a little less spice. The fat guy was very considerate, saying it was delicious and actually ate it all himself~

  7. Heat the oil in the wok, add the pork belly, stir-fry and remove the oil;

  8. Leave oil in the pot, add king oyster mushrooms and dried fragrant fenugreek and fry until slightly brown, set aside;

  9. Leave the oil, you can add a little more, and sauté the ginger, garlic, and dried chili until fragrant;

  10. Add spicy spices and stir-fry until fragrant;

  11. Put the pork belly, river shrimp, vegetables, etc. into the pot in order and stir-fry until fragrant.
