Soak the clams in light salt water for a few hours and spit out the sediment.

Add cooking wine and ginger slices to the water. After boiling, add the clams. When they open, take them out immediately to control the water.

Remove the ginger slices from the boiled soup and set aside. Arrange the clams on a shallow plate.
