-
Choose an appropriate amount of oil pepper according to your own situation. Pick the straight ones. I forgot to take a picture. Dry roast the peppers over medium-low heat until they are mushy and soft
-
Make a bowl of sauce: mix light soy sauce, aged vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and chicken powder and set aside
-
Pour a little oil into the pot and add chopped green onion
-
Add the roasted chilies and stir-fry
-
Pour in the prepared sauce and continue to stir-fry. Stir-fry for a while to make it more flavorful
-
After stir-frying, add minced garlic and stir-fry until the aroma of garlic comes out.
-
Put the peppers on the plate first, then pour the juice on top, and eat
