Homemade whole grain powder
Overview
After being advised by a colleague, I succeeded in making my own whole grain powder. In the morning, scoop 2 tablespoons of powder, add sugar or honey, add boiling water and stir. Nutritious and fast.

I prepared the materials myself, and you can add or subtract them at will. Pour all the ingredients into a waterless wok, stir-fry over low heat, stirring constantly, for ten minutes until lightly browned.

Pour into grinder, 2 minutes.

The whole grains were crushed into powder.

Leave to cool and store in a glass jar.

Scoop 2 spoons of whole grain powder into a bowl and add a spoonful of white sugar.

Add appropriate amount of freshly boiled water and stir slowly. A bowl of homemade nutritious and delicious multi-grain rice cereal is just fine.
