Overview

After being advised by a colleague, I succeeded in making my own whole grain powder. In the morning, scoop 2 tablespoons of powder, add sugar or honey, add boiling water and stir. Nutritious and fast.

  1. I prepared the materials myself, and you can add or subtract them at will. Pour all the ingredients into a waterless wok, stir-fry over low heat, stirring constantly, for ten minutes until lightly browned.
