Prepare materials

Cut the beans diagonally, shred the green peppers, and marinate the meat slices with light soy sauce, cooking wine, and cornstarch

Steam the hand-rolled noodles in a steamer for 15 minutes, remove and set aside

Put the beans into the pot and stir-fry, pour water to cover the beans, add star anise, cinnamon, dark soy sauce and light soy sauce, bring to a boil and reduce to low heat

Stir-fry the meat for 7 seconds until it is mature and set aside

Add the meat to the beans and stir-fry, then pour out the normal soup

Leave the soup base and put in the hand-rolled noodles, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes

Use chopsticks to stir the soup evenly while pouring it out

Remove from pan and plate
