Soak the vermicelli in cold water two hours in advance

Chop the meat into minced meat

Put minced meat into minced onion, ginger, rice and pepper noodles

Put a capful of soy sauce, then add an egg white and a spoonful of cornstarch. Stir well and stir.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant, add four tablespoons of soy sauce, then add five small bowls of water and bring to a boil.
