Mussels are a type of sea mussels, also called mussels, mussels, and mussels. Mussels are a delicious, nutritious, and affordable dish. The dried mussels are light yellow, golden, and yellow-red, which are normal colors. Some shellfish have fine sand and gastrointestinal yarn, so they need to be washed before eating. Mussels are extremely delicious and rich in nutrients. They contain a lot of protein, iodine, calcium and iron, but very little fat. Making porridge with dried mussels is very delicious!
