Kelp, tofu and lamb chop soup
Overview
Mima is used to the days without pork, and all pork can be substituted, haha. I used lamb chops and the soup was just as delicious. Kelp, tofu and lamb chops, a beautiful combination!

Material picture: Soak kelp in advance.

The lamb chops have been cut into pieces by the store. Wash them when you get home. Add ginger slices and scallions, cooking wine, and bring to a boil in cold water.

Also blanch the soaked kelp shreds in water.

Slice the tofu, wash the blanched lamb chops, wash the kelp shreds and pour water on them, slice the ginger, and cut the green onions into sections.

Put the prepared ingredients into the pot, add water again, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for an hour.
