Carrot Patties
Overview
When my daughter was little, she didn’t like to eat fried carrot slices. She also liked to eat carrots as stuffing, carrot rice, and carrot porridge. She loves meat, so it’s good to make carrot patties. It combines meat and vegetables, and it’s healthy to eat meat.

Prepared ingredients. Meat selection of pork shank.

Wash and slice the meat.

Cut the carrot into small slices or grate.

Prepare ginger and green onions.

Add the meat and carrot slices, ginger and green onions to the Vishmet food processor. Start stirring.

To the prepared carrot meat puree, add a little cornstarch, light soy sauce and refined salt and mix well.

Wear disposable gloves or cover with plastic wrap to form patties.

The prepared meatloaf can be fried on the electric pancake stall.

The prepared carrot patties can be used as hamburgers for babies or eaten directly.
