Steam the potatoes and press them into a puree while hot. Add salt, black pepper, milk and bacon bits, mix well and set aside.

Sift together the low-gluten flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl and mix gently; add olive oil and stir until completely combined.

Add the mashed potatoes, sprinkle a little cheese powder, and mix gently with a rubber spatula.

Add egg liquid and mix well.
