  1. Wash and slice the pig heart, sprinkle with salt, cooking wine and wild arrowroot powder (cornstarch can be substituted) and marinate for 5 minutes.

  4. Put the ingredients into the stew and pour in boiling water (the pig heart is marinated in powder. If you don't use boiling water, it will be easily diluted in the soup, making it difficult to achieve a tender and refreshing taste). Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pressure cooker (1/4 the height of the stew pot), put the lid on the pot, bring to a high heat, then simmer for 10 minutes before turning off the heat.
