Crab Roe Tofu
Overview
In the past, duck egg yolk was used instead of crab roe tofu. Today, a relative brought a bottle of Shanghai crab powder, which was full of crab meat and crab roe. I couldn't help but make real crab roe tofu.

Add shredded ginger and green onion to hot oil pan and stir-fry.

Add tofu and stir-fry.

Add two tablespoons of crab powder and stir-fry.

Add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add salt and sugar to taste.

Sprinkle with chives.
