Steps
-
Dice peas, pork, and dice carrots
-
Marinate the diced pork to add the base flavor: add minced green onion, minced ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, and sugar and mix well, then add dry starch and mix well. After mixing, the diced pork will look as shown in the picture. The diced pork cooked in this way will be very tender and tasty after frying.
-
Adjust the gravy: a little water, add a little soy sauce (you can omit it if you don’t like the heavy color), appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and starch, mix well and set aside
-
Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add diced pork when it is hot, stir-fry with chopsticks
-
When the diced meat turns white, add the diced carrots and stir-fry
-
Soften the carrots, add the peas and stir-fry for a while, cover and simmer over low heat for two minutes
-
Open the lid and stir-fry a few times. Immediately pour in the prepared gravy, stir-fry twice and take it out of the pot.
