Cut the beef tenderloin into thin slices and use the back of a knife or the wattle to break up the meat

Add red wine, oil, black pepper, chicken essence, and light soy sauce. Wear disposable gloves to grasp evenly and then add sesame oil

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate, marinate for two hours

Before preparing to fry the beef, pat a little dry starch on the beef

Mix sugar, light soy sauce, red wine, black peppercorns and starch into the sauce

Pour oil into the pot and sauté the minced garlic and onion. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry evenly. Pour in the starch sauce and stir-fry until it becomes black pepper sauce

Cook spiral powder and set aside

Pour oil into the pan. When the oil is at 8 degrees Celsius, lower the heat and cook the steak. Fry until one side changes color and solidifies, then turn over
