A colleague sent me a large loofah that I grew myself. It was so big that I ate it several times before finishing it. I like it served cold. This time it is stir-fried. It goes well with carrots. It is colorful and makes you appetizing.

  1. Wash and shred the carrots, shred the onions, and mince the garlic
