Overview
Barbecue is a local delicacy in Shaanxi. Every night, a large number of night owls go to the late-night canteen, eating barbecue and drinking beer. They are all in the mood of the pure flavor and strong wine meat all day long. My son is no exception. He will go there every now and then to have a feast. In order to let my family eat safe and hygienic barbecue, I made it in the air fryer. My son said that the taste of barbecue is really better than that of the food stalls.
