Hot noodle pie with red bean paste

Hot noodle pie with red bean paste

Overview

I was cleaning out the refrigerator a few days ago and saw a bag of frozen homemade bean paste filling. I hadn’t made bean paste filling pasta for a while, so I took it out to defrost at room temperature and made my favorite hot noodle bean paste pie. Although this hot noodle pie is not as soft as the yeast dough pie, it is soft and chewy, which I personally think is more delicious. In addition, scalding the noodles saves time. The dough needs to be baked once and twice. It takes one or two hours to make a pie just waiting for the dough to rise. However, there is no need to scald the noodles. You can directly boil water and pour it on the flour. You can quickly knead the dough and start stuffing. Moreover, the time for the scalded pies to be baked in the electric baking pan can also be shortened, because the flour has been scalded by boiling water until it is half-cooked or even medium-cooked. It is very suitable for people who are short of time and want to eat pies. At the fastest time, it only takes half an hour from the time I start boiling water to scald the noodles until the pie is in my mouth!

  16. This hot noodle pie is ready, and it doesn’t take long in total. It only takes less than 30 minutes from boiling water to scald the noodles to the final bean paste cake. It can also be made in a pan, but you need to pay attention to the heat. You need to turn it over in the middle to cook both sides. If you use a pan, you can make about four at a time.
