Orange Madeleine

Overview

I heard from friends that Madeleines are delicious! Just decided to give it a try. I took the sperm whale recipe as a reference. There is a faint orange flavor in your mouth after eating it! Delicious and simple! Come and try it!

  1. Chop the orange peel, the more chopped the better

  2. Crack 2 eggs into the basin

  3. Add caster sugar. Mix evenly with a hand mixer. No need to send it away

  4. Add orange zest and mix well

  5. Add sifted flour, baking powder, and salt and stir. Pour in the corn oil and stir evenly. Refrigerate for an hour

  6. After taking it out and warming it up to fluidity, use a spoon to put it directly into the mold. You can also put it into a piping bag and squeeze it out. Just put in 8 points. My oven is too small to fit 2 molds. I have to bake it several times to avoid wasting electricity. Just full of greed.

  7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake on the middle rack for 10-13 minutes. Just color it and it’s done
