Place flour in a large bowl, add milk and stir into batter.

Add eggs and mix well. Add a little salt and mix well.

Add a little oil to a non-stick pan. Once hot, add the batter and turn the pan.

Fry until golden brown on both sides and take out the egg pancake.

Fry the bacon again.

Flip and fry until cooked through.

Lettuce on top of egg pancake.

Top with bacon.
-
Stack it up.
-
Just roll it up.
