Overview

I bought salmon and cut it into small cubes to make a salad! Just use Japanese salad dressing to season it, it’s much more refreshing than salad dressing!

  1. Boil the eggs and peel off the shell, cut them into two pieces

  2. Scoop out the yolks of 2 eggs, leaving the whites for use

  3. Cut 1 egg into small dices, and cut the yolk just out into small pieces

  4. Wash the cucumber and cut into small cubes

  5. Rinse the salmon with pure water and absorb the water with kitchen paper towels
