Salmon and egg salad
Overview
I bought salmon and cut it into small cubes to make a salad! Just use Japanese salad dressing to season it, it’s much more refreshing than salad dressing!

Boil the eggs and peel off the shell, cut them into two pieces

Scoop out the yolks of 2 eggs, leaving the whites for use

Cut 1 egg into small dices, and cut the yolk just out into small pieces

Wash the cucumber and cut into small cubes

Rinse the salmon with pure water and absorb the water with kitchen paper towels

Cut the salmon into small dices

Add some lemon juice and marinate for a while

Put all the ingredients into the plate

Add Japanese salad dressing and stir well

Put an appropriate amount of salad into the eggs with the yolks scooped out
