Wash and chop celery leaves.

Add eggs, salt

Add flour and appropriate amount of water and stir to form a smooth and flowing paste

Brush the bottom of the pan with oil and pour the batter. Turn the bottom of the pan to form the batter into a cake shape, then flip and fry the other side.

Fry both sides until cooked, cut into pieces and serve on plates.
