Overview
Christmas is coming soon, and the streets and major shopping malls are filled with the spirit of Christmas. Let’s take advantage of the occasion and make a Christmas tree root cake.

Separate egg yolks and egg whites. Add 1/3 of the fine sugar to the egg yolks, add milk and vegetable oil

Mix well

Sift in cocoa powder 1 and low-gluten flour

Stir until smooth

Beat the egg whites in three batches into a large curved state

First take one-third of the meringue and add it to the cocoa batter

Pour into the remaining 2/3 of the meringue and mix evenly

Pour into the baking pan and tap the pan lightly to pop out any air bubbles

Place in preheated oven. Heat the middle layer at 180 degrees for 20 minutes (depending on the temperature of your oven)

Invert the cake base of the baking pan onto the baking mesh, lift off the parchment paper, and cover the cake body to allow heat to dissipate

200g whipping cream, add 2g powdered sugar and 3g cocoa powder, beat until stiff

Spread the cocoa butter on top of the cake

Roll it up and put it in the refrigerator

Prepare whipping cream and chocolate

Melt chocolate in warm water

Boil light cream

Pour the boiled whipping cream into the melted chocolate

Cut out two small sections respectively and join them with whipped cream
