Ingredients
Steps
-
First make the bread. Mix all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine. Sieve the flour and knead it into a smooth dough
-
Add the softened butter at room temperature and continue to knead the glove film
-
Then put it into a container, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise at room temperature until it doubles in size, about an hour. Dip your fingers in some flour and poke a hole in the dough. If you find that the hole rebounds quickly, it means that the dough has not fermented yet. In this case, you can put it in a sunny place to speed up its fermentation.
-
Remove the gas from the fermented dough and rest for 15 minutes to relax the dough
-
Then divide evenly into small portions of 50g each and shape into balls
-
Place in the oven for secondary fermentation, 40 degrees, 40 minutes, put a bowl of warm water at the bottom of the oven
-
Then put it in the oven and bake it for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees. After the baked bread has cooled, cut the lid open and take out the inside. Do not take out too much to avoid breaking the bottom (as shown in the picture)
-
Mix the shredded cheese, diced ham and chopped green onion
-
Crack an egg into the bread
-
Then cover with grated cheese
-
Then wrap the entire bread with tin foil
-
Then put it in the oven, heat up and down to 180 degrees, and bake for about 25 minutes
-
You’re done!
