Chop the ribs into pieces, wash them, soak them in water for a while to remove the blood; add salt, cooking wine, and ginger slices to marinate for a while;

Soak the mushrooms in advance and cut into small pieces; peel the carrots, wash and cut into small pieces;

Pour oil into the pot and heat it up, add the spareribs and stir-fry;

Add the onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant; add light soy sauce and a few grains of rock sugar and stir-fry evenly;

Add diced mushrooms and carrots to the pot and stir-fry for a few times. Add oyster sauce and salt and stir-fry evenly before serving;

Put the washed rice into the rice cooker, add the mushrooms and pork ribs from step 5, mix well, and add an appropriate amount of water. Press the "Cook Rice" button and it will jump back to the "Keep Warm" button. Press "Cook Rice" again and it will jump back to the "Keep Warm" button and you can eat.
