Overview

Salmon has few bones and is very suitable for children to eat. I went to the supermarket and bought frozen salmon. It looked very fresh and the meat was very tender. Tried using the braised method and it was a success

Steps

  1. Warm the salmon, wash it and drain it. Cut into large pieces.

  2. Chop onion, ginger and garlic.

  3. Add 3 tablespoons of seafood soy sauce to the prepared onions, ginger and garlic, and add a small spoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

  4. Heat a pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil, and lightly fry the fish pieces.

  5. Pour in the prepared seasoning and fry for another 1 minute.

  6. Add water until the water and fish pieces are even. Cover and simmer over low heat.

  7. After cooking for 5 minutes, add a few pieces of rock sugar.
