Sauced beef (beef tendon)
Overview
In the summer when the pot is boiling, I want to eat cold dishes. If you are a vegetarian like me and have had enough, just buy a piece of beef tendon and go home to make a delicious pot of beef in sauce to satisfy your craving

The raw materials are as shown in the picture (liquids are not included)

Poke some holes in the beef tendon with a toothpick (it is easy to remove the blood and the water will pick up the smell) and put it into a pot of boiling water to remove the blood.

Put all the seasonings and beef tendon into the pot together, add water to cover the meat. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 to 1 and a half hours, as long as it can be easily pierced with chopsticks

After cooling, don't rush to take out the beef tendon. Put it in the refrigerator together with the soup overnight and take it out.

Slice it and put it on the plate. It doesn't need any seasoning. It is already very delicious.
