Ingredients: Pork stuffing, carrots, dumpling wrappers

Add minced onion and ginger, oyster sauce, salt, cooking wine, pepper, cooking oil, sesame oil and other seasonings to the pork filling, stir evenly in one direction, and add water or bone broth in three batches.

After adding water, continue to stir-fry in one direction and stir slightly.

Peel the carrots and grate them into shreds, then roughly chop them into fine pieces with a knife

Put the chopped carrots into the meat filling

Stir evenly to make the filling.

Adjust the stuffing, take out the skin, add the stuffing, and shape the dumplings.

After placing the stuffing, pinch it in the middle

Pinch the two sides with the thumbs and index fingers of both hands and squeeze them toward the middle (I couldn’t take pictures myself, so I only took pictures of the squeezed dumplings)

Everything is wrapped in order and waiting to be cooked in the pot.

Bring the dumplings to boiling water, then add a small amount of cold water and repeat three times until the dumplings puff up and are cooked.
