Stir-fried duck breast
Overview
This is a quick and easy meal. I chose duck breast, which was marinated first and then stir-fried. The duck meat that was quickly stir-fried was not burnt at all and was smooth, tender and tender. This dish is marinated with seasoning powder, and more shredded ginger is added, so you don't have to worry about the duck meat being fishy.
