Garlic Vermicelli and Baby Cabbage

Soak the vermicelli in cold water half an hour in advance.

First cut each baby cabbage into quarters, and then cut each small one in half.

Chop the garlic.

Put the baby cabbage into the water, add a little salt and a few drops of oil and blanch until it becomes fragrant.

After taking out the baby cabbage, put the vermicelli into the water and blanch it, take it out and set aside.

Take half of the vermicelli and spread it on the bottom of the plate, place the baby cabbage on top of the vermicelli, and then spread the remaining vermicelli in the middle of the baby cabbage.

Heat oil in a pan, add half of the garlic and fry until fragrant.

Add two tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce, appropriate amount of sugar and stir-fry.

Add the remaining half of the garlic and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of water to make a thicker juice, then add a small amount of chicken essence.

Pour the fried garlic sauce over the vermicelli and steam it in the pot for about 8 minutes.

Put two tablespoons of chopped pepper or appropriate amount of red pepper and chopped green onion on the vermicelli. Heat the oil and pour it on.
