Ingredients: sweet potato vermicelli, leeks, pork shreds

Wash and cut the leeks into sections, mince the bean paste into fine pieces, shred the ginger, and mince the green onions

Add a little pepper, soy sauce, 1 teaspoon cooking wine, 1/2 teaspoon starch to the shredded pork, mix well and marinate for a few minutes

When the vermicelli is cooked, take it out and put it into cold water to prevent sticking

Heat the oil in the pan, add the marinated shredded pork and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the shredded meat changes color, add onion, ginger, bean paste and other seasonings and stir-fry
