Stir-fried chicken with garlic
Overview
Usually garlic sauce is fried pork, but I only have chicken breast at home, so I fried it like this. Although I added too much dark soy sauce when marinating the meat, it still tastes good. It is so delicious when paired with rice and mango milkshake

Prepare the main ingredients, garlic moss, chicken breast, garlic cloves, dried red pepper, green onions

Slice the chicken breast into a bowl, add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, thirteen spices and a few peppercorns and marinate for 15 minutes

Cut the garlic into sections, and chop the onions, garlic cloves and dried red pepper

Turn on the heat, pour an appropriate amount of peanut oil into the pot, wait until it is 80% hot, put the marinated meat into the pot and stir-fry

When the meat is almost fried, add the onion, garlic, dried red pepper, then add the garlic and start stir-frying. (When pickling, I put a little too much dark soy sauce, so it is darker. You can put less soy sauce to make the color look better.)

You can add an appropriate amount of water and stir-fry for a few minutes. You can also add other seasonings according to your own taste
