Wash the meat.

Cut into cubes.

Peel the spring bamboo shoots, wash and cut into cubes.

Cut bacon, onion and ginger into cubes.

Blanch the spring bamboo shoots and meat in a pot.

Wash off the scum.

Put the bacon, green onions and ginger into the spring bamboo shoots.

Put purified water in the casserole.

Add all ingredients.

Boil over high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce to low heat.

Simmer for 40 minutes and turn off the heat.

Cut green onion leaves.
