Raw materials;

Shred beef;

Shred peppers and onions;

Chop the green onions;

Boil a pot to make boiled noodles;

Pour oil into a hot pan and stir-fry the onions after the oil is hot;

Stir-fry the onions until fragrant, add shredded beef and stir-fry;

Stir-fry all the shredded beef until it changes color and is almost done;

Add the three chopped shreds and stir-fry;

Add soy sauce and a small amount of salt if your mouth is heavy;

Add a little water to prevent it from being too dry. If it is not dry, don’t add water. Add some black pepper and stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat;

Pour the cooked noodles through cold water, control the water and set aside;

Put it into the wok and mix with the shredded beef and it’s done;
