Overview
In order to use up the whipped cream, peanuts and chocolate beans at home, I made this butter-free bread. It’s really delicious😋😋😋

Mix all the Chinese ingredients together and knead into a dough, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight;

Add all the ingredients for the main dough except crushed peanuts and chocolate beans, and knead until it is fully expanded;

In the last few minutes, add chopped peanuts and chocolate beans and mix well;

Shape the dough into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size;

Take out the dough and divide it into six equal parts;

Wrap into balls and place in baking pan, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for the second time to less than twice the size;

Sprinkle flour evenly and use a knife to cut into the pattern you like (I cut into mesh holes for Internet celebrity stockings);

Place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35 minutes and cover with tin foil to avoid burning;
