Except butter. Put the cake flour. Cornstarch. white sugar. eggs. Milk and other ingredients are mixed together.

Stir the flour batter evenly and sift. Heat the butter into water and add it to the roux. Stir evenly and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Cut the mango into small pieces.

Pan fry pancake crust. Flip the pancake until it bubbles. Then let cool.

Whip the light cream with appropriate amount of sugar.

Spread cream layer by layer and add mango. Place in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours. You can cut it up and eat it.

A smaller pan can fry more crust. Stacked layer cakes will be taller. The one I made is 10 inches. Then place an 8-inch plate on top. Remove any loose edges from the crust. So the cake is not that high when stacked.
