Cut the chicken breast into cubes, add cooking wine, white pepper, mix well and marinate.

Dice green and red peppers.

Chop the ginger, onion and garlic.

Dice carrots, zucchini, and potatoes.

Boil water in a pot, add carrots, zucchini, and potatoes and blanch them for 2 minutes. Remove from the cold water.

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken breast and stir-fry until it changes color. Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry evenly. Add ginger, onion and garlic and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the diced vegetables and stir-fry. Add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and a little water. Stir-fry evenly and simmer for 2 minutes.

Finally, add green and red peppers and stir-fry until cooked through.
