Wash the lotus root and cut into small pieces.

Mince the ginger and prepare the chili segments.

spoons vinegar, 2 spoons sugar, 1 spoon light soy sauce.

When the oil in the pan is hot, add the minced ginger and stir-fry.

After frying until fragrant, add diced lotus root.

Stir-fry for three minutes and then pour in the prepared sweet and sour sauce.
