For a piece of fresh pork tenderloin, we use the back of a knife to pat it until soft.

Buy a bag of bacon powder from the supermarket

Cut the tenderloin into pieces. Soak in onion, ginger, and garlic water to taste.

Add Orleans bacon powder.

Stir well and add some oil. Lock in oil.

Sprinkle with dry starch.

Grasp evenly with hands and set aside. Be sure to catch it evenly.

Heat 50% oil in the pan, and add the tenderloin pieces when the oil is hot.

Turn the heat to medium heat. Fry slowly and add some ginger and garlic particles to increase its aroma.
