Slice the pork belly (cooked in water in advance), mince the garlic, and cut the millet and pepper into rings.

Soak and wash the fungus. Tear off the old tendons from the celery, wash and cut into small pieces. Set aside.

Add the pork belly to the pot and stir-fry until both sides are lightly browned.
