Baked Eggs, Blueberry Mashed Potatoes

Boil the eggs and soak them in cold water.

Cut potatoes into shreds and steam until cooked.

Dice the ham.

Peel the eggs and cut them in half.

Scoop out the egg yolks and set aside the egg whites.

Mash the egg yolk into puree. Add a little salt and pepper.

Pour the butter into the egg yolks and mix well.

Add a piece of butter to the ham and mix well after melting.

Then mix with the egg yolks and stir evenly.

Put into piping bag. Squeeze into egg whites

When everything is done, put a small slice of cheese on top of each one.

Place in the oven at 160 degrees and bake until the surface of the cheese is golden brown.

Boil the shredded potatoes, cool them down, put them in a plastic bag and mash them into puree.

Plate and top the mashed potatoes with blueberry sauce.

The blueberry sauce is sweet and sour, and the cheese egg yolk is tantalizingly fragrant.
