Stir-fried shrimps

It's the perfect day to eat some light shrimps. Shrimps are paired with light cucumbers. Extraordinarily delicious.

Remove the devein from fresh shrimps. Add appropriate amount of paprika and starch to marinate. A small amount of water can be grasped evenly.

Peel and slice cucumber.

Peel and slice carrots thinly and set aside.

Put oil in the pot, 50% oil temperature, add shrimps and stir-fry, remove from the pot and set aside.

Leave oil at the bottom of the pan. Add onion and garlic slices.

Add carrots and cucumber slices and stir-fry quickly.

Add shrimp. Stir-fry twice quickly, add salt and chicken essence and serve.
